Monday : 10:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday : 10:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday : 11:30am - 5:00pm

 

Massage Rates:

30 Minute Massage  =   $50.00

60 Minute Massage  =   $75.00

90 Minute Massage  =   $105.00

2 Hour Massage   =   $130.00

 

 

Sandra Shaffer was born and raised in Boise, IDaho. She has loved growing up here in the Treasure Valley. She loves the beauty that Boise offers. She loves anything that involves being in the outdoors, camping, hiking, skiing, diving,  and traveling.

 

She attended Boise State university for her undergraduate and Parker school of Massage Therapy. She is licensed and nationally certified in Massage and body work. Sandra specializes in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. She loves learning and expanding her knowledge of ways that she can better help and treat her clients.

 

Sandra has a passion to serve and help others. She really listens and tries to help relieve her clients aches and pains. She has seen first hand how the combination of massage and chiropractic can help enhance the body's ability to function and perform at optimal levels.
